Toddlers are so magical.
One minute you're putting together treat bags for daycare, the next you're running up and down the stairs as fast as you can because giggling.
At some point in the past, I bought a package of little skeletons hooked to parachutes. They were cheap junk toys intended for a future treat bag. Clearance purchase, n'at. I had a package of six, but only needed five treat bags, so the sixth one ended up going for a flight from the top of our stairs.
One thing led to another and suddenly it became clear that Mila was enamored with trying to catch the little flying guy. Between Alexis and myself, I bet we launched that thing 235902835013i40 times. Because giggling.
But then when I was in charge of being at the top of the stairs, Alexis decided she would stop running the parachute man to me and instead would toss it up.
You can't throw a parachute man upward. It's exceptionally challenging. For Alexis, it's impossible. Which, YES. Because giggling.
Magical, magical giggling.
Toddlers are the best.
