What a Difference a Year Makes

November 21, 2007

November 21, 2008

(If you're on Twitter, you know I've been whining up a storm about the utter and complete lack of snow around our house. That 1/4 inch? Lasted about ten minutes. I WANT TEN FEET OF SNOW, DANGNABIT!)

Why? So you can complain about driving in it and then blow off a prior engagement. ;-)

Whoa... look how big she is.

I hate looking at photos. Because I realize how BIG they get.

They grow up fast don't they? I remember when I was younger and a year felt like an eternity.

I am hoping for some snow soon myself!

Remember this in jan/feb/march when you want it to go away.

I love her little green coat! But doesn't she have some little green boots to match it? :)

Also, this is the second (maybe third?) blog I've visited tonight with snow pictured in it.

That is really not a nice thing to show a woman who misses that white stuff. In moderation.

Why say you this on Twitter & not on Plurk?

And, holy carp that kid has grown. And, I'm still in shock that I have been around long enough now to remember that from a year ago.

What a difference, indeed!

You want how much snow? Sheesh! I am praying the snow holds off until Christmas so it won't seem like the never ending winter again.
Don't worry. You'll get your snow. ;)

the changes from year to year at this age are amazing, aren't they?

also, if Indy doesn't have enough snow for you, you can always head to Erie. That's where we're going!

We are lucky to get one inch of snow one time each year.

Mostly, if we get anything, it's sleet and ice. Good times.

November 25, 2008 | Unregistered CommenterRachel

I know :( :( They get SO big, SO fast :(
