I See Your New Colors
I need someone to remind me to hard boil something like 463 eggs next year for Easter.
Because somehow I ALWAYS forget just how much Alexis enjoys coloring them.
Then I get annoyed that she is so greatly entertained . . . but only for about 15 minutes.
All because I never buy/make enough hard boiled eggs.
Speaking of new colors, I gave this space a make-over this weekend (if you're using a Reader, CLICK OVER! PLEASE! PRETTY NEW COLORS!). Every time I do that I break at least three things. So far I've only found (and fixed! wooo!) two, so if you find that third thing before I do, please let me know. There are still a few things left to tweak, but I'll get there eventually.

Same here! We did two dozen eggs this year, and it still seemed to go fast. I love coloring eggs, and so does my son, I would color a ton more, but have no idea what I would do with all of the eggs! Love the new look of the blog so fresh and bright! Hope you all had a nice Easter.
Love the new look! I'd give anything (with the exception of my children or my shoes!) to be able to do my own sad, pathetic little blog. Alas, I am stuck with the themes WP has.
I suck it and we didn't do eggs this year. A friend normally has an egg coloring party for the kids, but due to all of us being sick, we missed it. Thankfully, Morgan didn't seem to notice.
@Kellie--All hail squarespace! I think anyone could figure out how to customize a theme using it. Thank goodness.
Blew my mind with the new colors...very bright and crisp! I was bad and didn't do eggs this year but the 4-year old next door saved my bacon and delivered 6 beautiful eggs in a homemade basket with a card! <3
I like the new look and layout (except for the fact that there's no pic of Alexis in the header :(). I haven't tried to print anything yet but I was still having trouble with the stinkin' print button BEFORE you changed the look. I see a new recipe posted, so maybe I'll have a go with it again.
Eggs. We have 4 kids. We could boil 6 dozen eggs and still be done in less than 15 minutes. SIGH. Next year, maybe we should have a blogger get-together to color eggs. It could be a competition! With glitter! Yeah, that's it!
i got to help my cousin and her son (six years old) color six dozen eggs because he took a bunch to school for games. great fun! i'm curious what a house with two vegetarians in does with a lot of eggs, though.
i'll email you my thoughts on the blog redo a bit later, k?
