It's fun when she gets big enough & old enough to swap clothes with...because it means I'm cooler than my mom ever was (not in a bad way, but in a Not-Polyester way!)
My favorite day was last year at the school Christmas party when her friends asked if she was copying me, but I said, no, I'm copying her-they all wanted those sparkly gold boots after that!
Maggie too! Where did they learn this stuff?! Just last year, Maggie was dressing herself in ridiculous combos of patterns & colors. This year she looks like a grownup. Insane.
kills me that i can see her as a 17 year old...or a 27 year old. make it stop. please.
