One Dog. Two Photos.
I swear to you this is Penny.
And so is this.
The photos were taken just a few hours apart.
First of all, SHE HAS EYES. WHO KNEW?
Second of all, it was on purpose. We had her shaved down because we fell behind on combing her and were gifted with the most giant knot of fur ever on her back. We could have combed it out, but it would have required hours and much dog torture.
Since that wouldn't have been fair to her, now we have a naked Tibetan Terrier.
I spent all of Thanksgiving not recognizing her.

Holy crap!
She is incredibly cute - both looks work on her! Adorable.
So cute...hair or no hair! This has happened to us several times with our Goldendoodle, Samson. When we have to shave him, it's almost like he gets mad at us. He pouts on his bed for several days.
Awww she is so cute, and you're right hard to believe it's the same dog!
I am WAY behind on reading your blog and trying to catch up a little bit now. I'm glad I didn't comment on the more recent picture of Penny posted because I wanted to know "why, Why WHYYYYYY did you do that to your adorable baby?" But now I know, and can relate. We, once upon a time, many years ago, had a Lhasa Apso. My parents got a little "relaxed" in their brushing of the dog. The knot was insane, and shaving really became the only option. Imagine a naked Lhasa Apso, male, who seemed to walk around constantly....er...ummm...well...erect. It was embarassing for us and him.
