Thankful for Freckles, Baby Teeth, and Long Eyelashes. And Thankful for Good.
Somewhere in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Christmas Crazy ($4066.63!!!!!!), I think that thing they call "Thanksgiving" happened. I'm not entirely sure because I haven't been posting things I'm thankful for daily on Facebook, but I assume the holiday still comes to pass even if you don't do that.
Wait. Here. Here are 30 things I'm thankful for all summed up in one photograph.
The six freckles on the bridge of her nose go at the top of that list. Obviously.
Now that I can say for certain that Thanksgiving has come to pass, I can say that we most definitely did travel to Indiana for a reason. In a flurry of chaos, we packed up the dogs and the kid and we trekked across the vast boringness that is Ohio so that we could spend two days with family.
And it was good.
That's it. It was good.
We ate and then we ate some more. We visited and caught up with people we hadn't seen in months and then we visited some more. We wrapped it all up by eating even more.
And it was good.
Sometimes you find yourself thankful that things are good because good is really very fantastic.
