Alexis: "Mom, are you thirsty?"
Me: "I guess. Kinda."
Alexis: "Me, too. I think we deserve Starbucks."

Alexis: Loud belch "Excuse you, Cody."

Alexis: "If you put your fingers in my mouth, I will bite you."
Me: "I'm not putting my fingers in your mouth."
Alexis: "Well, then . . . you should."

Alexis: "It sure has rained a lot."
Me: "Yeah, it has."
Alexis: "It's time for the sun to come out and make a rainbow."

Half an hour later, it did. SHE'S MAGICAL.

I asked my 3yr old to please hand me the baby's pacifier. He responded, "How 'bout if I do that for you you put on a movie for me? Deal?"

The biting thing? Too funny!

At the game the other night? The teenager tells me afterwards that one of the guys on the other team intentionally put his hand through Jock's facemask into his face.

So he bit him.

I wasn't sure if I should be appalled, or entertained.
